thumping

thumping

Original Text
Shannon Bramer, scarf (Toronto: Exile Editions, 2001): 40.
1Somewhere between Pounding and Pushing
2there is Thumping. It is almost like knocking
3but rounder and flatter.
4Thumping is involuntary. Light or Dark, Dawn or Dusk,
5I feel myself thumping.
6I remember the sound of the rabbit's red heart.
